The ice-themed bar, we enlisted two ice carving specialists to create bespoke ice sculptures for each drink. Our menu showcased our Holy Water bottled Archive collection, featuring signature Negroni, Old Fashioned, and Vesper cocktails. 

The Botanical bar was constructed with glass to allow guests to fully immerse themselves in the herbs and botanicals used in our drinks. To stay true to the film's theme, we collaborated with a local forager to source ingredients like Mugwort and Meadowsweet. 

Drinks were served in conical bottles, and warming Perry shots were offered, with staff adorned in signature butcher aprons. Overall, this project ranks among my favourite assignments of the year.
